After we've shared our career failures, we'll move on to product failures. It's as inevitable as rain on Christmas… All products have their missteps and bad choices! Let's discuss some of the industry giants together, understand how they managed the bad weather, and how they leveraged those failures to ramp up their product!
Once we've recharged, we'll deconstruct the societal notion that failure is always negative. In an interactive session led by psychologist expert Celso Costa, we'll explore how failures can be the beginning of something great. We'll explore through reflective exercises and group dynamics how can we equip ourselves with tools to navigate and transform setbacks into stepping stones.
